Laura has joined us with 18 years experience in recruitment and commercial roles in Social Care. She began her career in HR at Birmingham Social Services and moved on to head up a boutique consultancy and recruitment organisation which specialised in providing senior execs and specialist improvement project teams to children’s services providers. Laura led on a high profile government commissioned contract to provide the search and selection for senior Advisors to local authorities, in partnership with the DfE.

Laura’s experiences have been driven by her passion for excellent outcomes for the most vulnerable in our society. She believes strong leadership, passion and always striving to do the right thing can help drive positive change and instils this thinking in her recruitment to senior positions.
